She turned around, searching for something, anything. Her gloved hand rested on the bark of a tree and her brown eyes searched frantically. If the girl had a heart, it would be racing. Someone, or something was following her, probably just a wild animal, but she could only remember the past. A twig snapped to her left and she took off to the right with amazing speed. Her skirt slowed her down, and she could feel the tug of her crosses as they billowed out behind her. She stopped underneath a weeping willow, the moon shone trough it's branches and she looked around, her back scraping against the tree's armor. Her breathing was heavy, she had been running for some time, and she usually didn't have people, or vampires chase after her like this. Hello her voice wavered a bit, despite her efforts to keep it steady.

The massive lupin strode into the dark forest. His kissers were peeled back to reveal shimmering white ivories. His twin towers were laid to their graves. Skull rose as a scent of fear came to his nares. A chuckle like noise was given. He wound his way through the timbers as he crept closer to the femme. A low growl was released from his chassi. His movements nearly silent as he stalked the other creature. The Plague remained hidden as his meal began to tire. His body tensed as he crept closer, closer, closer...His dark liquids shimmered in the moonlight. Her scent became stronger with each step. His ribbon ran across his ivories as he fell closer to the femme. He was nearly ontop of her and ready to pounce.

As her pursuer came into view, she saw the massive beast. Oh god she said frantically looking around for an escape, bus she found none, except....She lifted her arms up and flung herself onto a lower branch of the tree. The lupin sprung, but Minnie was already out of reach. HELLO she called out, hopefully someone would hear her, but in these woods, unlikely. I'll just wait for it to tire Minnie mumbled and threw a sad excuse for a branch at the beast, hitting it in the back. GO AWAY!

The demon watched the pathetic little human(?) before him. A chuckle was given. The Plague wasn't your average sized lupin. No, he was massive. A massive demonic mutt. His kissers were still peeled back to reveal his ivories. The girl best climb higher if she wants to live. He lept up only inches from her. A little more speed and he could easily grab the girl from her position. The demon circled the timber and then scratched the bark with his talons. His carcass moved back, yellow liquids bored into the girl. He ran towards the timber, lept made it onto the first branch. Climb higher, whelp, this is all too easy tones hissed through his mind. Ivories snapped at the girl. He wanted her to run, made it more fun for him. Made the victim become fearful of when he would show up. He snapped at her again. C'mon MOVE! He yelled in his thinkbox.

Minnie jumped up as the beast clawed inches below her. She could only find one that could hold her, It wasn't much of an improvement, only about three inches higher than the one she already occupied. She looked down and her eyes opened wide, the beast looked at her as if he was a vampire as well. Almost as if he understood me she whispered. The animal lunged again, This time, narrowly missing her leg. Damnit she yelled in her mind. BE THAT WAY, IF YOU'LL FREAKIN MOVE, I'll RUN AWAY, AND YOU CAN HAVE YOUR LITTLE "chase" ALRIGHT!!!! Minnie's heart raced as she thought of what she would do, a large rock was near, she could....throw it at the lupin. Quit thinking like a child! she screamed at herself As she watched the massive carcass, waiting to see what it would do.

A loud chuckle was heard in the distance. Yes, it was your's truely. The lovely Jareth. A high pitched whistle was cast and The plague retreated, back into the darkness of the forest. A figure then came into view. Little girl's shouldn't be playing with demon's His tones were low towards the girl. Somewhat seductive towards her. His paw was placed on the lupin's skull as he stood and spoke. The Plague's kissers were still peeled back and a low growl was emitted. He was hungry, so Jareth gave him a hunk of meat. It was from an earlier kill. It was evident too. There were blood stains on his mouth. A smirk held his facials as he edged closer to the femme. Vampire fangs would be seen in the pale moonlight. The Plague stood back, but still wanted the girl for his meal. Your just lucky I came in when I did. Otherwise The Plague would have shred you apart His tones were the same as before.

Letting out a small sigh of relief, Minnie jumped down. She was smoothing her skirt when the male spoke to her. Playing? she smirked, rolling her eyes. Yeah and thanks for coming to my rescue. I was just on my way into town, so, if you'll excuse me. Pushing a strand of long blond locks behind her ear, Minnie pushed past the other side of him, lightly brushing against his shoulder. She noted that he had just fed, and that she was in need of a meal too. Blinking, she turned. The lupin's eyes were following her every move. Glaring she asked the male. "Your name?" she stood, her left foot resting, as she waited his reply.

A deep chuckle was released from between his kissers. Well, your welcome Lryics spoke the same as before. Gaze followed as she began to leave, but he really didn't care. The lupin next to the drake's side watched her carefully and almost snapped at her as she walked by. A smirk held the drake's features as she brushed past his carcass. Pillars took the drake away, but when the maiden spoke, he turned. Jareth was all he said. Skull faced forewards as his body was carried slowly again. The Plague walked at his side, still angered that he had missed a meal. Keen auds awaited any answer from the girl. If not, then he would just keep walking. If she did, well then he just might answer her.

A smirk twisted her facade, her lyricals were hissed in the directions of the retreating seductress. Run along now and play with your dolls. Her figure emerged from the shadows like smoke in front of the fem. She never missed an opportunity to taunt. Especially where Jare was concerned. Her paw idly stroked the audits of the stygian canine. Her tones came out a soft coo, one she always used with the canid. How's my pretty boy? Her paw flipped upwards to brush her tendrils back from her spheres. A soft, dark chuckle rang from her pipes. Little girls play with dolls, big girls play with vampires. She couldn't help but be spiteful. She didn't very much appreciate anyone calling her perfectly tame dog, vicious. Nor did she appreciate the life of the mortals. She was perfectly content within her vampirism. Content to dwell with Jareth for all eternity. A softening to her features came as she gazed up at Jare. A cruel, cold pitch edging into her tone. He knew Ana couldn't stand seeing her man around another female, but who could blame her for that. He was exactly the same, and she knew it. Gaze flickered towards the maiden nearing his side. A small chuckle was released from his pipes as he stood there listening to her harsh tones. Voids rolled in their sockets as she spoke her last words. No, you didn't. The Plague gave him a harsh look and bared his ivories towards the male. It was nothing but their little quarrels. The demonic lupin turned and strode off into the darkness. The drake's gaze moved back towards the maiden. Kissers met her's for a breif moment. Voids locked onto her's. Why must you spoil everything? Lryics joked at her. A smile holding his features as he awaited her answer.
